Word Study For Today: The Book of Genesis 22:1-24.

Texts: Genesis 21:1-7. | Psalms 1:1-6. | Numbers 23:1-20.

Has He said it, will He not do it? >Numbers 23:19 (NLT)==>“God is not a man, so he does not lie. He is not human, so he does not change his mind. Has he ever spoken and failed to act? Has he ever promised and not carried it through?”

Our God is never slack in acting out exactly what He has said in His Word. God indeed is true to His Word. Samuel confirmed it, that according to His Word, so does He.  >“The Lord has done just as he said he would. He has torn the kingdom from you and given it to your rival, David.”[1 Samuel 28:17 NLT]

He doesn’t fail on His Word.  >“The Lord kept his word and did for Sarah exactly what he had promised.”[Genesis 21:1 NLT]

Friend, what have you seen in His Word? God is true and faithful to His Word. GOD’S WORD COMES TRUE. He is ever true to His Word >Nehemiah 9:8 (NLT)says==> “When he had proved himself faithful, you made a covenant with him to give him and his descendants the land of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Jebusites, and Girgashites. And you have done what you promised, for you are always true to your word.”

We really need to so seriously take Him at His Word. When we do, we attract the manifestation of the reality of just what He has said. God is not weak in power or strength to carry out what He has said in His Word. His Word must be well reverenced in our life. He is not limited by anything, He is fit, able, empowered and in control; as to ensure His Word becomes flesh, irrespective of what the situation may be. His Word slices through. God’s Word is power laden as to find expression in the appropriateness of time. >Numbers 11:23 NLT)==>“Then the Lord said to Moses, “Has my arm lost its power? Now you will see whether or not my word comes true!”

Stop the doubting, GOD’S WORD COMES TRUE! It does!!! We have got to learn to live by the assurance of His Word. He does not deny His Word, never alters His Covenant (His Word of promise). >“No, I will not break my covenant; I will not take back a single word I said.”[Psalms 89:34 NLT]

Our hearts obviously wants to shake in the face of circumstances and issues, but beloved once we allow a sinking in of His Word into our hearts, it certainly can’t be choked by any situation or circumstance. Rather, His Word will produce in diverse measures in our lives. > the seed sown on good soil represents those who open their hearts to receive the Word and their lives bear good fruit—some yield a harvest of thirty, sixty, even one hundred times more than was sown!”[Mark 4:20 TPT]

Open your heart to this reality- GOD’S WORD COMES TRUE. What you believe comes through for you.  Don’t be as the people in >Exodus 9:21 (NLT)==>“But those who paid no attention to the word of the Lord left theirs out in the open.”  Don’t leave God’s Word in your life carelessly. Don’t open it up for satan to steal from your heart. >“Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life.”[Proverbs 4:23 NLT]

>We live by every word that comes from the mouth of the Lord.” [Deuteronomy 8:3 NLT]

For His Word is Yea and Amen! >“For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.”[2 Corinthians 1:20 KJV]

Take note of this word in > Psalms 1:2-3(TPT)==>2)“His pleasure and passion is remaining true to the Word of “I Am,” meditating day and night in the true revelation of light. 3)He will be standing firm like a flourishing tree planted by God’s design, deeply rooted by the brooks of bliss, bearing fruit in every season of his life. He is never dry, never fainting, ever blessed, ever prosperous.”

When your pleasure and passion remains true to the Word of God [I AM THAT I AM, Who is able to do as He has said], then you cannot but manifest the truth and reality of that very Word you have passionately remained true to. You will manifest with so much ease the reality of God’s Word, just as a tree planted by the brooks of water, [whose leaf cannot but be green and luscious] manifesting true to the Word. Halleluyah!

God Himself said in >Isaiah55:11b (NLT)==> …my word. I send it out, and it always produces fruit. It will accomplish all I want it to, and it will prosper everywhere I send it.”
