Word Study For Today: The Book of Proverbs Chapter 7 .

Devotion:  HE’S ABLE .

Text: Genesis 18:13-14. | 2Kings 3:9-25. | Jeremiah 32:17-22.

The God we serve, the One Who led Israel out of Egypt by His outstretched arms is faithful; He will never allow you to be stranded. In Jeremiah 32:17 (CSB), it’s recorded>“Oh, Lord God! You yourself made the heavens and earth by your great power and with your outstretched arm. Nothing is too difficult for you!”

Three Kings in scriptures found themselves almost stranded with their large army, having no water both for human and animals. Jehoshaphat was alarmed as this appeared a tough one for him… but Elisha the prophet of God brought a word from the Lord with Whom there’s nothing difficult to resolve. >2 Kings3:17-18(NIV)==>17)“For this is what the Lord says: You will see neither wind nor rain, yet this valley will be filled with water, and you, your cattle and your other animals will drink. 18)This is an easy thing in the eyes of the Lord; he will also deliver Moab into your hands.”

Our God is a solution provider. >Luke 3:5(NIV)==>“Every valley shall be filled in, every mountain and hill made low. The crooked roads shall become straight, the rough ways smooth.”

>Mark 4:39-41(NIV)==>39)“He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, “Quiet! Be still!” Then the wind died down and it was completely calm. 40)He said to his disciples, “Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?” 41)They were terrified and asked each other, “Who is this? Even the wind and the waves obey him!””

Wonder not like the disciples, who wondered Who He is. >>> He is God with Whom nothing is too difficult, nor any impossibility. Trust Him always for the resolve of your seemingly difficult situation. Jehoshaphat inquired of Him, and in a twinkle, solution surfaced with ease. You are next in line. Your victory shall come with ease.
