Word Study For Today: The Book Of Psalm Chapter 56.

Devotion: HOW?

Text: Mark 6:7-12. | Acts 13:1-14. | Mark 16:14-18.

>Romans 10:14-15 AMP)==>14)“But how will people call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how will they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? 15)==>And how will they hear without a preacher (messenger)? And how will they preach unless they are commissioned and sent [for that purpose]? Just as it is written and forever remains written, “HOW BEAUTIFUL ARE THE FEET OF THOSE WHO BRING GOOD NEWS OF GOOD THINGS!””

The word HOW, is an inquiry word that inquires the manner or way in or by which something is done or achieved. Today the word in focus is HOW? [but HOW WHAT?; what do we seek to know?].

-HOW will people call on Him (God) whom they have not believed?

-HOW will they believe when they yet have not heard of Him (God)?

-HOW will they hear without a preacher (one who proclaims/makes known the gospel)?

-HOW will they preach except they are sent?

In the foregoing sentences of inquiry, answer had being proffered to each of the question. The final answer to the key question [HOW will people call on God], is for SOMEONE TO BE SENT [sent to PREACH]. >Mark 6:7, 12AMP)==>“And He called the twelve [disciples] and began to send them out [as His special messengers] two by two, and gave them authority and power over the unclean spirits. 12)So they went out and preached that men should repent [that is, think differently, recognize sin, turn away from it, and live changed lives].”

Jesus sent His disciples out to preach, hence they went and did just same so that people can call on the Lord God.

>Acts 13:2-3 (NKJV)==>2)“As they ministered to the Lord and fasted, the Holy Spirit said, “Now separate to Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.” 3)Then, having fasted and prayed, and laid hands on them, they sent them away.”

Barnabas and Saul (Paul), were both sent out as is required if people must hear (by preaching) about the gospel, for them to ultimately believe in the Lord God.

The Holy Spirit demanded that men also be sent for the purpose of preaching, so those who hear will believe in the Lord God. In this day, age and time, God still seeks someone to be sent, someone to go. The Lord is seeking Who will Go? >Isaiah 6:8-9(AMP)==>8)“Then I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I. Send me!” 9)And He said, “Go, and tell this people…’”

>Hebrews 4:7 (AMP)==>…” [providing another opportunity…  just as has been said before [in the words already quoted], “TODAY IF YOU HEAR HIS VOICE, DO NOT HARDEN YOUR HEARTS.””

Will you yield to Him? Will you be the Isaiah, the Paul, or the Peter of this age? Shall you allow yourself to be SENT? Will you GO  for God? Will you PREACH [Him to His world]? Will you give the world yet an opportunity to BELIEVE [in Him]? >Matthew 28:19,20 NKJV)==>“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, ”20)“teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.”

GOD CHERISHES THOSE WHO WOULD YIELD TO DOING HIS BIDDING.

>Isaiah 52:7 (AMP)==>“How beautiful and delightful on the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, Who announces peace, Who brings good news of good [things], Who announces salvation, Who says to Zion, “Your God reigns!””

If you would respond in the affirmative this day, here then is your commissioning >…“Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.”[Mark 16:15NKJV]

>“Blessed is he who comes in the name of the LORD! We have blessed you from the house of the LORD.”[Psalms 118:26NKJV].

The answer therefore to the subject question of HOW? is  >>> GO, PREACH! PREACH! PREACH!

Prayer Action:
**Sing the praises of  your God and King.
**Speak boldly in the Holy Ghost for 15minutes.
**Consecrate yourself to Him as one Whose feet is beautiful, ready to take His message to the world [commit to speaking up about  Him, being His witness everywhere and as occasion serves].
**Pray that there will be many more yielded “Isaiahs” all over the world who would yield to the Lord in this season saying “here I am, send me” [and will be fully committed, taking His message to every nook and cranny of the world, witnessing to the uttermost parts of the earth].
**Pray for SOULS to yield to God as the Sent will Preach.
